Scholl's Village is a 104-unit townhome development consisting of 24 buildings. The development experienced issues with water intrusion and, as a result, sustained damage. The owners brought suit against the responsible parties for defective construction and received restitution for damages. Repairs included: the framing, exterior cladding and trim, roofing, exterior decks, railing systems, and interior finishes. All of which were accomplished in six months.
